First, I would like to thank you for visiting our website.
Holistic wellness of the body, mind and spirit take precedence
at Body Essentials.
My name is Julie and I envisioned and created Body Essentials.
My journey began in 2003 with a life-changing event. Truly,
this moment was a blessing and encouraged me to evaluate
my desires and direction in life. My love of understanding
the body led me to first become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
With my decision to become a business owner, I chose the
holistic avenue. Our bodies are incredible creations and
learning how everything works together fascinated me. Not
long into the massage therapy business, I was led into
the incredible world of Colon Hydrotherapy. I was truly
destined for this service and am thankful to have made
such a difference in my clients' lives. With detoxification
on the mind, I have expanded our services to include an
Ionic Detoxify Foot Spa, Infrared Body Therapy, Body Contouring,
and Holistic Life Coaching.
Body Essentials is beautiful. We offer a serene holistic
haven for all who enter. Leave the world outside and escape
into a calming experience. Clients often arrive early for
their sessions, only to relax to soothing music while enjoying
a cup of tea or reading literature.

 I chose my career as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician because I believe in the power of body, mind and skin. Going to work is something I look forward to, having seen the great benefits that massage brings to my clients. Enhanced wellness is achieved with overall relaxation, stress reduction, faster healing, increased circulation, pain relief, increased mobility, muscle and soft tissue release. Massage is over 5000 years old and still going strong because it works and feels great!
Living in Arizona, with our beautiful sunshine, it is important to take care of our skin to keep its youthful and healthy appearance. I use PCA skin products because they are backed by medical science and have a proven record of excellent results. Facials, Chemical Peals, Microdermabrasion, and Waxing are all great ways to look and feel your best. Working together, we can create a skin care plan suited to your needs.
