 I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a MS in Counseling and Psychology. I began my own personal healing journey in 1982 which exposed me to many different healing modalities and traditions.
Complementing my traditional mental health training, I strive to weave the threads of both ancient and traditional psycho-spiritual methods to support the individuation process and the healing of codependency, abuse, family of origin and ancestral patterns. I work with people from every walk of life who are suffering from the human condition including trauma, addiction patterns, mental illness and those who are experiencing major life transitions.
I embrace the concept that there are “no outer experts on the inner journey.” A deep understanding of Jungian and transpersonal concepts, allows me to help those who are seeking to consciously co-create their life by working with the rich treasures that are buried in the unconscious.
Over the years, I have had the distinct honor of being taught by many great teachers. I trained with Jacquelyn Small of Eupsychia Institute and am a trained practitioner of Integrative Breathwork and Soul Based Psychology. I also trained in Deep Memory Process - a powerful regression method developed by the late Jungian Analyst, Dr. Roger Woolger. I am a facilitator of the SoulCollage© process developed by Seena Frost and love to help people deepen into their healing process by using images to create SoulCollage© cards. I frequently visit Canada where I am currently studying with Stephen Jenkinson in the skills of living, grieving and dying well. I have a passion for Transpersonal Psychology and Inner Work and I’m committed to continue seeking traditional and alternative solutions for psychological growth and spiritual well-being.
I am dedicated to creating sacred space where clients can explore their own inner process in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. I offer self exploration and personal growth groups and workshops both nationally and internationally throughout the year. I also work with individuals, couples and groups in my office which is located in Winter Park, FL (near Orlando).
