Ben was able to begin the diagnosis over the
phone with a brief description of my computer problems. he
had the pc over night and the next day i had it up and running.
it was faster downloading and no more freezing up. plus i
got some great tips on computer protection websites. thanks

You did an "OUTSTANDING" job with my computer.
I had all kind of issues, from no audio, I believe I had
a virus, font, contrast, etc, was not working properly, internet
kept dropping offline. Ben repaired my computer within hours.
