Offense(s): Derek Montoya pled guilty in 2002 to Statutory Sexual Seduction (Nevada Statute) after having forced intercourse with the 13 year old female victim in Hawthorne, Nevada. Montoya was 19years old at the time. Montoya served approx 2 and a half years in the Nevada State DOC. Montoya was arrested in June of 2007 in Lake Havasu City for Failure To Register after failing to notify the Mohave County Sheriff of a new address.

Offense(s): In 2004 Richard Michael Larrabee fondled two thirteen year old girls who were on a sleep-over with Larrabee’s step-daughter at his house in Lake Havasu City. Larrabee was arrested and charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse, a Dangerous Crime Against Children. Larrabee served approximately two years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was paroled on February 5, 2010 and is on GPS monitoring.
