PREFACE

THIS IS A TRUE STORY

I could sense the gathering of the Storm Clouds. The winds of Disaster began to blow. I could see the Bold Ugly Thunderheads billowing skyward on the horizon, and like a Bolt of Lightning the Sexual Predator struck, changing my life forever.

This is the real-life story of a young, loyal, ambitious and pretty lady who had her life and hopes torn asunder and dashed by her Manager, a Sexual Predator, at her work place. You will see how a large corporation, it's top management and its policies, its insurance companies and its lower tier management protect those Managers who are Sexual Predators. You will see how the Courts are prejudiced against those who dare complain about being physically assaulted in rapes and rape attempts by Managers who use their positions to demand sexual favors. You will see how the Judges, Lawyers for the large corporations and the insurance companies "pocket" Doctors (Doctors who will give any type Medical Evaluation the Corporations require) treat the injured worker.

The injured worker becomes a pawn-for-profit as the Lawyers and the Doctors for the Corporations suck huge fees from this system without any care or concern for the injured worker. The injured worker is trodden upon as if nothing more than a piece of garbage. When injured on the job, the worker has no control of his or her destiny, because they are automatically under the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the Workers' Compensation Act. No other Court can interfere.

Donetta has been Victimized. After she complained about two violent rape attempts by her Manager, many lewd and lascivious acts by him and many verbal sexual comments, she was fired. She had been warned by the Sexual Predator, her Manager, "If you complain or tell anyone about this, you will be fired, and nothing will happen to me". She complained and was immediately terminated.

She soon learned that these Courts, Corporations, Workers' Compensation Administrators, Lawyers and Doctors, behind the Mask of Justice, began methodically blaming her for the conduct of the Managers, contending that it was all her fault. They lied, and unlawfully denied, with impunity. The Courts permitted them to do so, but at the same time searched diligently for the least inconsistency in any word or words the injured worker used.

She determined she was not going to be treated that way. She fought back against all odds. This is her story of that ten year battle.

The names of some people involved in this true story have been changed to protect the innocent. Some of the places are not identified to protect the innocent. However, matters of Public Record and those named in those Public Records are not protected. Those named in Courts Records, Magazines, and Newspapers are not protected. Those who have appeared on Television News Stations are not protected. AND, most certainly, the Sexual Predators are not protected.
